Everything thats going on at Enfold is collected here

Hey there! We are Enfold and we make really beautiful and amazing stuff.
This can be used to describe what you do, how you do it, & who you do it for.

Today I’m excited to launch a new regular feature I’ll be running on the blog – Colour me Happy.

Each week I’ll be running a colour of the week from our Colour Chart and showcasing an inspiration board and some of the invitations as to how they would work in that colour, so if there’s a colour you’ve got in mind or an invitation design from our range that you’d like to see in a certain colour – this is your opportunity to do so!

This weeks colour is Mushroom Pink. Mushroom is warm, soft and romantic. Stay tuned over the next few days to see what I come up with, and don’t forget to email me or post a comment here if you’d like to see one of the designs in this colour.

When I was in Sydney last year I was delighted to discover the lovely cupcake specialty stores that are everywhere, Melbourne alas doesn’t seem to have taken on the trend yet, and there still aren’t too many around. For those in search of cupcakes in the city, I’ve discovered The Cupcake Family.

Located in the QV Centre The Cupcake Family is a sweet little store that sells nothing but cupcakes and macaroons. The girls and I always love a little stop in there – our favourites are the cupcake mini’s – a perfect size for children – they taste delicious and they manage to eat both the icing AND the cake, always a bonus!

I noticed they do events, perfect for parties if you don’t have time to make your own cupcakes.

I’ve long been a fan of the gorgeous Tearoom venues in Sydney, so I was excited to learn this week that they’ve acquired another venue – Dunbar House.

dunbar house

A total restoration of the building commences in late June 2010 which will see the building being refurbished both inside and out. It will be revitalised from its current state to pay homage to the 1830’s.

Located on the shores of Sydney Harbour, in the expansive grounds of Robertson Park, Watsons Bay, The Tea Room Dunbar House will provide a truly spectacular setting.

Great news for those getting married next year – The Tea Room Dunbar House is scheduled to open early 2011 – I can’t wait to see the gorgeous transformation.

I love the bold shades of aqua and emerald in our Emerald Gem invitation. Today’s board centers around that boldness- clean, crisp lines, bold shapes with a very urban feel. Little treats like blue glass jars tied with ribbons and filled with candles add an unexpected softness.
