Alannah Rose {wedding} – Deonne & Jefri
alannah rose weddings, media and press, weddingsToday I’m excited to share with you the gorgeous wedding of Deonne & Jefri, photographed by the fabulous team at SugarLove Weddings.
Deonne and Jefri were married on the 14th March 2009 at the Royal Botanical Gardens, Melbourne, followed by a sit down reception in The Langham’s Alto Room.
Their colour scheme of black and white was based around their wedding invitations and stationery – our gorgeous Le Boutique collection.
“I chose the theme because the invites we chose were black and white and reminded me of a classic French perfume bottle” says Deonne
Deonne’s gown by Annette of Melbourne Couture was made of silk chiffon and encrusted with Swarovski crystals, offset by an elegant silver cuff by Stephanie Brown. Deonne’s posy by Whitemoss florists consisted of gorgeous David Austen roses, green rose buds and black ivy berries.
The bridal party arrrived in convertible black mustangs from MIB – Mustangs in Black, with the bridesmaids dressed in elegant black dresses by Nicolangela.
“I chose black bridesmaid dresses as the colour went with my theme and was really flattering on both girls” says Deonne.
The bridesmaids posy’s also by Whitemoss were made up of bright green molluca balm, a striking contrast to the black dresses.
The stunning decor of Melbourne’s Langham hotel set the backdrop, whilst classic black and white touches, including our Le Boutique place cards were offset by green molluca balm in black pots, styled by Deonne and her sister to finish off the theme.
The bridal party headed to the city and to the gorgeous block arcade for more photography with Sugarlove Weddings.
The men’s attire, inspired by the Beatles, one of the couples favourite bands, from Jack London.
More details on Deonne & Jefri’s wedding can be found in the current issue of Bride to Be magazine.
All photography by SugarLove Weddings.
Congratulations Deonne & Jefri xx

We’re {back} And On The List At 94
parties, the restSo sorry I haven’t blogged for a while. We were in Sydney for Magnolia Square, which was fabulous. Thanks so much to everyone that visited us, it was lovely to meet you all face to face.
It’s been a little crazy since our return, so I promise I’ll blog more soon, we’ve got a Little Duck Party on this weekend for my three year old, so I’ll have plenty of pictures to share.
We did have some exciting news this week. We’ve entered the top 100 list of Australian Women Bloggers – at 94, but hey, it’s a start and we’re there sharing space with some of our favourite blogs: Polkadot Bride, MamaMia, Kidstylefile, Babyology, Australia Entertains, Bondville, and LaToriana, – so I’m really thrilled. Thanks so much to everyone that reads our little blog, I really appreciate it.
